DESCRIPTION
A classic 70% dark chocolate cake with a moist and dense chocolate sponge made using amaranth (millet) and almond flour topped with inhouse chocolate cashew buttercream.
INGREDIENTS
Amaranth flour, almond flour, vegan dark chocolate, raw cacao powder, maple syrup, olive oil, nut milk, cashews, flax seeds, coconut oil, sea salt, coffee, dried organic rose petals.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Keep Refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days of receiving

Half Kg: Serves 3-5 people
One Kg: Serves 5-8 people
One and half Kg: Serves 8-12 people

Looking for a Gluten free cake was a big stress for my daughter's birthday, Her cakes have been an attraction on all her Birthdays, since I found out that she is a celiac this was something that was on my mind. But many thanks to TCK and the team all my tension was taken care of. We had ordered 2 cakes the other one was Date cake with Walnuts, Cranberry and Chocolate, which was also too good. Next time Iam gonna get the cake personalised which I got to know is also possible at the last minute. Thankyou TCK and the team!

I got the pastry for the doggie bake sale and didn’t know what to expect but it was amazing! The flavours were so wholesome and the chocolate was just right. All this was amplified when I learnt the bakery is vegan and sustainable 😍 loved it!
